Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Pre-order items are hand made to order and may vary in size and weight. Postage prices are therefore shown at the point of purchase.

Items are dispatched by Royal Mail 48hr tracked service.

For one off bespoke items postage charges and options will be discussed during the commissioning process.

International Delivery

Items ordered outside of the UK will be sent by a tracking service and postage prices will be quoted at the time of order.

The customer is responsible for all import/customs duties and taxes. You are advised to contact your local customs authorities for advice.

Returns

Pre-order items are hand made to the specification of the customer who will chose modifications at the time of order. As these items are bespoke to each customer returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the product description and looked through the product images before placing an order. Once your order has been placed a confirmation will be sent to you with the details of the items and modifications that were selected. A further email will be sent to you with an estimated dispatch date. If you want to make any changes to your order please let me know within 24 hours of placing the order via the contact form on the website, as items will start to be produced immediately so that it can be with you as soon as possible.

If an item is faulty please contact me via the contact form in the first instance. Customers are responsible for the goods until they are safely received and should be returned by an appropriate tracked service.
